FIRST WEEKEND

The Dawgs started out strong by almost upsetting the number 5 ranked Links. They fought a tough battle and lost 38-40. Saturday they were on the road again and beat Hastings 47-39. This friday they are back in action at the #3 ranked Lincoln Southeast.

THE DAWGS FINISHED THE SEASON 14-9 WITH A DISTRICT WIN OVER THE KEARNEY BEARCATS AND A LOSS IN THE FINALS TO NORFOLK. THIS TEAM TIED FOR THE 3RD MOST WINS IN SCHOOL HISTORY, AND THE TOTAL OF THE LAST 3 YEARS IN THE MOST IN SCHOOL HISTORY FOR 3 CONSECUTIVE YEARS. GO DAWGS!

DAWGS

The dawgs are now 10-6, coming off a nice win against Fremont. They will be hosting the East-West shootout this weekend facing Scottsbluff Thursday, Gering Friday, and Alliance on Saturday.

GNAC

After beating Columbus the Dawgs traveled to the GNAC tournament on December 29, 30,31. They beat Lexington, 47-41, lost to Scottsbluff, 50-57, and beat McCook, 50-41. They finished the tournament in 3rd place and are now 6-2. The Dawgs will be traveling to Kearney on Saturday.
